Eat ice cream, talk with your neighbors, take time to relax and enjoy. We’ll have before and after pictures of our common area projects. We’re also inviting county representatives, police, firefighters and the district supervisor.

We will have limited chairs & tables. If you have tables or chairs please bring them or reply to this email and we’ll try to help get them there.


Thanks to the hard work of many and especially to Stacey Boyette for finishing up the flagpole garden we are ready for the final steps to the project.

Friday and Saturday we will getting topsoil and mulch and plants for the flagpole garden. Tomorrow & Saturday we will getting topsoil and mulch and plants for the flagpole garden. If you are interested in helping complete our project please stop by the flagpole Friday & Saturday Aug 6th & 7th at 9:00AM to help. Many hands make light work so please come. We need people helping with sign in and name tags as well as picture taking, clean up, etc. The anticipated time frame of the project each day is 9-11. Come for a few minutes or a few hours or any amount of time will do. We’ll have refreshments and drinks. Hope to see you there!

Helpful hints to a successful sale
·       Put an attention grabber at the front of your yard/driveway
·       Clean objects of dirt and dust
·       Talk with potential buyers. They stay longer and keep looking
·       Put like objects together
·       Clearly mark price, expect bartering
·       Be mindful of your lowest price when negotiating
·       Note if object is an antique or a collectible
·       Have small change and bills on hand
·       Call a charity organization to pick up what you didn’t sell
·       Have fun!!!

New Tremont Gardens Sign

Well the sign is finally installed. It took sometime but it turned out well. Please come down and take a look. Plantings for around the sign will be scheduled for early fall so watch for signs and an email for that activity.

Thanks to Jim Hoskins, Tom Carmel and Carmel Mechanical employees (Alex and Louis) for all their hard work in getting the sign installed.

Your Yard… Your Stuff. Put  it out and they will come. TGCA will do the advertising and posters. All you need to do is get ready, get set and SELL!!
